Elevator
Sustainability and Working environment in high focus on the seeder and by decreasing/eliminating static workload and No heavy lifting of bagged seed or fertilizer in seeding boxes. Main implement for the purpose are the elevator. In no use position out of workspace. In use position – easy to operate and can contain a storage for the next box to be seeded as well. Platform
The Platform seen opposite the driving direction contains a seeding box, volume 150 liter, electrical driven, easy to calibrate and empty/clean. 4 different fixed ratio can be included. Main use: maintenance fertilization but could be used for seeding as well. Hereafter, two belted cones, 280 mm and each a placeholder for a seeding box. Driver seat, air with easy access to control unit/operations for manual driving. Sunroof and tip over bar – all in one.
Tip Over Bar
Tip over bar – CE classified and including a sunroof for protection. The bar to be folded at transport and does it in a very simple way by electric actuators down to the back of the machine.
Seeding wheel
Seeding wheel to control the speed of cones. Easy to calibrate on any location to fit the specific surface on each location. Hydraulic driven
Seeding box
Seeding box constructed based on Good Agri Cultural Practice, easy to operate and calibrate. Open/close function like any standard seeding box. 2 step for calibration and easy to empty/clean
Seeding depth
Seeding disc are standard farming disc to operate in plough and minimum tillage system. Depth adjustment – simple and intuitive.
Basic machine is a Tool Carrier
The basic of PrecisionPlot is a tool carrier designed for field testing. Hereafter you select the operations that you need to conduct. The seeder presented are configured as a plot seeder for variety- and fertilizer testing. It contains a seeding box for maintenance and two cones for fertilizer and or seeding of cereals, oil seed rape, peas, beans, grass etc. It has 5 outlets for fertilizer disc’s and 10 outlet for cereals etc. Selected seeding discs are from Amazone and are excellent in ploughed and minimum tillage.
